A large number of visits to a website is not a determinant of success at all. Real customers are what counts most.

What to look for?

The first important issue is the so-called sales funnel. It is worth analyzing the entire route of a potential customer from entering the website to the purchase and checking when many people finally give up on the offer.

Of course, it is impossible to get almost all of your website visitors to become customers. The funnel – as you can guess – gets narrower and narrower and it is a natural phenomenon.

Simple navigation – The Internet has accustomed them to the fact that it takes just a few clicks to get the information they need or just to complete the order. If the website makes it difficult for them, don’t expect them to be patient.
